Appointment bookings and cancellation policy

We take pride in creating beautiful artwork for our clients and spending time in every area to create bespoke portrait artworks for our clients homes. We block out our studio spaces and staff time for every appointment and take the creation fee covering your session time on booking.

For gift certificates and invitation sessions a fully refundable $150 session time reservation fee is collected on booking.
The fee is refunded on the day of your viewing as long as you show for your appointment. When ordering from your session it can also be used towards additional finished portraits.

Rescheduling an appointment with less than 48hours notice will result in a loss of the creation/booking fee.
Creation/booking fees on appointments rescheduled with more notice are applied to the new appointment and applied on the same terms as above.  
 
Whilst we appreciate sometime there are extreme circumstances, it will be at the disgression of our staff at the time.
Without any form of prior communication of not making your appointment your monies for reservations and time fees are forfeited.
